Cyber Liability (CL)

Cyber Liability
One United States Dollars (USs 1,000,000) per occurrence and Two United States Dollars
(US$2,000,000) in annual aggregate, which shall be in place no later than the first date on which any online
transactions are conducted in connection with the Project (e.g. pre-sale or sale of the Project tickets and/or
merchandise, etc.), any personal information is collected online in connection with the Project (e.g. email
addresses collected in connection with a newsletter), any website or social media page or online advertising for
the Project goes live or is published or made available in any medium and/or any operation of computer operated
or maintained rides, attractions, admissions and/or any other operating systems are used in connection with the
maintenance or operations of the Project.
This Agreement is conditional upon Licensee complying with the insurance requirements set forth in this Section 9
of the Summary and in Exnibit A, which may be revised by Licensor during the Term upon or after any
catastrophic accidents or events of any kind, new regulations or legislation requirements andlor the emergence of
new and/or improved insurance products better suited for Project operations after good faith notfication to
Licensee in Licensor’s reasonable discretion, including but not limited to after complete details of the Project are
submitted by Licensee to Licensor and after any material revisions to such details are submitted by Licensee to
Licensor throughout the Term.
